The Job
• Drive and deliver a CRM system enabling sales tracking, management reporting and direct marketing and ensure that all related activities achieve business objectives of Mannings Hong Kong and create long lasting, profitable customer relationships.
• Analyze and interpret customer, market and competitor insight, to produce commercial propositions, identify strategies for boosting customers' loyalty that maximize sales and profitability for the Company even pioneering move in a market where is significant opportunity
• Actively participate in data analysis and insight generation to provide high quality and actionable solutions for the business
Maximize data-mining, buyer graphics, segmentation analysis to identify right offers for target segments at the right time.
• Work with IT & other outsourced partners to deliver business process and system enhancement across all CRM solutions with flawless support.
• Monitor program progress and results, price checking policy and maintain the health of database.
• Provide timely updates of performance reports and analysis of the database to senior management.
• Any ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned.

The Person
• University graduated, preferable in Marketing
• Over 3 years of working experience in substantial marketing and CRM experience gained.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills and multi-tasking capability.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese and presentation skills.
