Job Description:

• Manage all available resources for the team to achieve seasonal marketing goals and enhance customer’s shopping experience
• Focus on maximizing sales, brand and whole team performance
• In charge of event management & product training
• Devise and manage marketing collaterals like promotional materials to enhance brand image
• Define social media and online marketing strategy to maximize the brand exposure
• Develop and maintain good relationship with clients, internal and external parties
• Update market trend, collect client’s feedback and develop marketing strategies for maximizing sales and profitability
• Evaluate and analyse promotion/event effectiveness; prepare management reports
• Monitor marketing and departmental budget & ROI

Job Qualifications:

• University graduate in Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum of 5 years' marketing experience with at least 3 years at managing level
• Solid experience in personal care and health care products will be an advantage
• Solid experience to develop and implement marketing strategies to meet departmental KPIs and organizational objectives
• An excellent team player as well as team leader
• With high responsibility and commitment to work, able to work under pressure and appreciate a fast-paced business environment
• Result-oriented with positive mind, resourceful, highly self-motivated and strong multi-tasking skill
• Knowledge of design software will be an advantage
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese, knowledge of Putonghua would be an advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager
