Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall experience that will be generated by CRM activities including plan development, execution and formulate cross-platform strategies to enhance brand awareness, brand image and business opportunity, as well as to support product launch, customer engagement & drive sales;
• Build, oversee and coordinate the implementation of the CRM tools, working closely with IT department and Digital Specialist, ensuring it works seamlessly across all stakeholders;
• Execute CRM programs for acquisition and retention purpose, including at operational level, as well as to ensure effective management of customer data segmentation and data-mining;
• Liaise with internal department and external agencies to ensure the smooth execution;
• Identify and build marketing communication in digital and non-digital platform to promote and support CRM programs;
• Manage and monitor CRM projects to ensure it is delivered on time and within budget;
• Handle and manage digital related projects assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems or related disciplines;
• Minimum 6 years' relevant experience in marketing, CRM and/or digital marketing;
• Solid knowledge or experience in CRM & mobile app development would be preferred;
• Substanial knowlege in CRM segmentation, campaign management, direct marketing and data mining;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability of relationship-building with all stakeholders;
• Organized, strong business acumen with good analytical, critical and stragetic thinking;
• Strong project management skills;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
