Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute and manage various digital marketing projects including website development, application development and search engine optimization
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive the download and usage of the self-service mobile application
• Interface with various business units to provide planning, execution and recommendations on digital marketing activities and designs that align to maintain overall branding consistency/compliance of websites and application
• Assist in managing & monitoring the overall look & feel, content structure and navigation experience for the website and application to ensure efficient customer journey and superior user experience on all the interfaces.
• Implement tracking, conduct MI and regular analytic reports for website and application

Requirements:

• Degree holder with a minimum of 5 years experience in website development and management, eCommerce, online marketing, web MI tracking & analysis
• Internet & technology savvy; understand current digital trends and best marketing practices across the web and digital channels
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
• Organized and possess good project management skills
• Self motivated, need to be able to work under pressure and can work independently
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is essential
• Experience in telecommunication industry or with agency background is an advantage
