Our client, a reputable event agency, is looking for an Event Project Executive to join their growing team.

As the Event Project Executive, you will:

• Report to the Event Manager.
• Work closely with the teams and the clients to plan, execute, manage and deliver the assigned projects and events.
• Manage the logistics, cost and budget of all projects and events.
• Liaise with clients, coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure excellent execution of all projects and events.
• Produce detailed proposals for pre-events and on-site planning.
• Maintain and develop client relationships.
• Travel for onsite inspections, oversee setup, dismantling and removal of the projects and events.
• Take on other ad-hoc projects as required.

 The ideal candidate for this position will have the following skills and experience: 

• Degree holder or equivalent, preferably major in Marketing / Communication / Event Management.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in event or project management, preferably in agency.
• Knowledge and experience with production is preferred.
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Well-organized, proactive, outgoing, flexible, multi-tasking, attention to details, self-motivated, positive, a good team player with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work additional hours and on weekends as required.
• Immediately available will have an advantage.
• Candidates with more experience can be considered as Senior Event Project Executive.
