Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chairman in managing the day-to-day business and operations of the Company
• Support sales activities, such as following up quotations and invoices;
• Translate commercial documents from Chinese to English and vice versa
• Coordinate meetings with internal/external parties
• Help co-ordinate all functions of the Shenzhen office together with the HK and mainland China operations
• Manage diary and travel schedule for the Chairman
• Prepare presentation materials and reports
• Liaise with international business trading partners (suppliers & customers)

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above 5 years working experience, preferably with Food & Logistics background
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Mature and ability to work independently, detail-minded with good efficiency and well organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Chinese Word processing
• Travel worldwide with the Chairman as well as offices in mainland China will be required
• Immediate availability is preferred
