We are looking for a recent university graduate or junior executive to be an insight consultant to help run our online insight communities in Hong Kong.

Insight communities enable brands to have ongoing dialogue and to collaborate with their customers. We invite customers to join a branded online community environment where they can share feedback, advice and ideas via engaging surveys and discussions. This is the fastest growing area of market research today.

Role and responsibilities:

• Management of community – activities, engagement/incentives, community
• Programming of insight activities e.g. surveys, forums, live chat
• Check & collect data and verbatim responses from online assignments
• Assist in drafting insight reports to summarize findings to clients
• Formatting and delivery of online feedback newsletters to customers

We are looking for someone who is:

• Curious about what makes people tick, who likes to ask people questions
• Active in terms of social networking, and keen to expand this into their work
• Able to communicate your ideas openly and candidly to colleagues
• Committed to getting a job done well, with a positive outlook and collaborative attitude
• Fluent in English
• Skilled in writing in either Traditional Chinese or Simplified Chinese
