Responsibilities

• Explore new acquisition channels
• Co-ordinate and implement customer retention program
• Execute marketing communications including above-the-line and below-the-line activities
• Prepare marketing activities performance reports
• Handle enquiry via social media platforms
• Liaise and co-ordinate with internal departments / external parties such as suppliers, vendors and production houses to ensure successful implementation of marketing activities
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team as necessary
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned 

Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years's relevant experience, preferably in CRM and liaising competently with print and digitial media
• Proficient application in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, organized and able to work under pressure and tight schedule
• Demonstrate good problem solving and multi-tasking skills
• Detail-minded, well organized and patient
• Immediate available preferred
