• Degree or above;
• 5 years or above experience in data analysis, data mining, CRM, database marketing, or market research;
• Experience in B2B segment in Telecommunications/ IT industry;
• Provide ROI analysis of marketing campaigns and sales activities;
• Design and lead research projects to analyse market and competition, understand customer needs, and evaluate market penetration;
• Good command in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

Remarks:

• Monthly salary: HK$33-35K + discretionary bonus;
• 5-day work;

Post 2: Senior Marketing Analysis Executive

• Degree or above;
• 2 years or above experience in market research or analysis;
• Hands-on experience in online forum;
• Familiar with analysis tools/ business intelligence tools;
• Hands-on experience in SPSS;
• Experience in liaising with research agency would be an advantage;
• Knowledge in online survey applications and database e.g. PerfectForms, Survey Monkey, Surveygizmo or Qualtrics preferred but not a must;
• Conduct regular in-house research projects including the preparation of questionnaire, survey, and reports;
• Liaise with external research agencies on regular external research projects;
• Good command in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
• Candidates with more experience would be considered for Assistant Manager or Manager role.

• Monthly salary: HK$20-26K (depends on candidates' experience);
• 5-day work;
• Working location: Quarry Bay;
• Good fringe benefits e.g. medical, banking holiday, etc. will be provided.
