The Job

• Work closely with sales team to plan and develop creative collaborations across departments to support the development of creative projects, building the relationships and partnerships that create value for the company

• Work closely with different departments in supporting and developing ideas to implement into creative projects, product or environment programs and ensure each proposal and program to meet client’s objective

• Research and keep up to date new trends, competitors and seek new creative's and talents to collaborate with our client requirement

• Provide up to date market intelligence on trends to deliver the best solutions and stay ahead of the competition

• Challenge and raise the creative bar for the business unit and continuously searching for the new and innovative communication approach to delight our client

• Drive and manage end-to-end creative collaboration project development and execution

• Maintain communication with all relevant parties throughout the project to ensure that it is completed to creative standard agreed

• Attend meetings for updates and follow up within the team and other key stakeholders when necessary

• Manage, control and maintain the budget with accounts and administration team to ensure budgets are maximized and within agreed expenditure

• Work closely with the management to develop strategy and business plan to shape our future creative direction

The Person

• Degree in advertising, communication, marketing, digital marketing or related discipline 

• 5+ years' solid experience in online business in media or marketing company, advertising agency, digital or communications company

• Experience in leading project and coordinating with vendor and internal departments

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skill

• Strong sense in online marketing trend

• Strong passion for the Internet environment, result-oriented, proactive and independent

• Good command of written, spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin is preferable

• Able to work independently, under pressure and to work on multiple projects with tight schedule
