We are currently helping our Client in searching for a suitably qualified marketing professional to fill the following senior position:

Marketing Director

HK$1M plus per annum, based in Hong Kong

Our Client: A publicly listed company: One of the largest medical beauty treatments Group in Hong Kong.

Roles:

• Report to the Group COO, the incumbent will be accountable for all the marketing activities and programs for the Group, including marketing strategies, branding, marketing activities, events, programs, promotions, digital marketing, etc.
• Support the Marketing teams and Brands in achieving the desired results, including target setting, plans, results monitoring, etc.
• Maintain a harmonious relationship with the related media and service providers.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Degree in Marketing or related discipline + a minimum of 12 years solid experience (7 years of which on senior managerial positions) in beauty treatments, or cosmetics, or FMCG, or related sector.
• Experienced in ATL and BTL advertising, SEO, SEM, social media and digital marketing, etc.
• Strategic, creative, marketing and results oriented, team leadership and excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

Remuneration:

Compensation will be set at a level appropriate to the background, current position and current compensation of the successful candidate. Those who are currently earning less than HK$1M per annum are not likely to have the needed experience to fill this position. (Candidate with less experience may be considered for a less senior marketing position)
