Accountabilities

• Liaise with overseas principal, establish long-term and short-term development plans for a contemporary footwear brand in line with the brand image, positioning and development
• Drive merchandise planning, retail operation, pricing strategies, inventory and budget control to maximize business growth
• Responsible for business performance  and analysis of market trends and consumer insights to achieve brand sales and market share targets

Attributes

• Degree holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years' buying / retail operation / brand development experiencewith   apparel or footwear retailer
• Possess a strong passion to succeed and be able to motivate the team to achieve targets
• Excellent planning, analytical and leadership skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
