We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to be part of a team of talented designers and copywriters. Reporting to a senior creative, you will help develop projects and take campaigns from initial concept to launch. Responsibilities include: 

• Familiarise with clients’ products and services, the target audience and their competitors’ activities.
• Assist senior creative to develop creative concept and design final output. 
• Develop creative ideas and concepts, often in partnership with other creative team members.
• Able to make versatile designs.
• Provide useful thoughtful and constructive contributions to team meetings and conversations.
• Maturity of thought and confidence to present and explain ideas to colleagues & managers.
• Assist in collaboration with other disciplines including production companies, photographers, copywriters and printers.
• Amend, revise or redevelop adverts or campaigns in response to feedback from the creative director, account team or clients.
• Ability to demonstrate excellence in creativity across multiple media. 

The successful candidate will have:

• Degree holder or above in a relevant design discipline from reputable university and at least 1 - 2 years related experience, preferably at a 4A agency. 
• Fluent in Adobe CS, in particular Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Knowledge and experience in Flash, After Effects and Premiere Pro a bonus. 
• Must have the ability to put rational behind all design concepts and execution.
• Self-motivated, creative, independent and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must.
• Have a positive and passionate approach with a can-do attitude.
• Produce clear and concise verbal and written communications.
• Strong in both manual and computational visualization skills.
• Meticulous planning and organizational skills.
• An unquenchable curiosity for finding out about media and content.
