Jobs Descriptions:

-         Must be able to handle full set of accounts independently and prepare for financial reports within the company in HK & PRC

-          Prepare vouchers, cheques, payment, staff expenses claims, invoices, receipt functions and related expenses

-          Handle daily operation for accounting and administration works

-          Establish effective internal control procedures and liaise with vendors

-          Assist in handling ad hoc projects when required

-          Ensure data input in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:

-          Diploma / Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines

-          Minimum 5 years working experience in Accounting

-          Good computer knowledge and proficient in MS Excel is a MUST

-          Knowledge in MYOB is an advantage

-          Familiar with English, Mandarin and Cantonese

-          Independent, well-organized, responsive, initiatives and able to work under pressure

-          Immediately available preferred
