Requirements:

• Degree holder or higher, fresh graduates are welcome
• Able to manage multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Demonstrated leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented and a fast learner with good analytical skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in computer software applications including MS-Word, Excel, Power-point, Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate availability is preferred

Scope of Work:

• Manage all aspects of travel arrangement, including itinerary planning quotation preparation
• Review and enhance internal procedures and workflow for improving the department efficiency and effectiveness
• Serve as the primary point of contact to liaise with internal and external counterparts on operations related matters
• Prepare presentation materials and minutes for management to be used in regular meetings, leadership events, off-site meetings, etc
