Our client is one of the world's leading medical and travel security service company, specializing in provision of world-class medical assistance, international healthcare solutions and security services. They are looking for a customer service coordinator to join one of the strategic global centre in Hong Kong 

• Working location at Quarry Bay
• 4 days work per week, shift duty

The Job: -

• Provide assistance services & medical support via phone calls & emails to premium customers & members all over the world
• Coordinate and work closely with the medical team to assist clients' healthcare needs in finding doctor, hospital and booking appointments
• Document & maintain clear accurate case records
• Manage cases with a sense of responsibility & urgency, and a great passion for achieving the best outcomes 

The Person: -

• Relevant experience in customer service, healthcare assistance is preferred
• Excellent written & spoken English and Chinese
• Customer-oriented, good telephone manner & team player
• Possess outgoing, caring and enthusiastic personality, enjoy helping people and solving problems
• Able to work flexible shift hours (nights, weekends and holidays)
