• Form 5 / DSE graduate or above
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in telephone operating/ customer service
• Proficient in computer knowledge (including Chinese Word Processing)
• Effective interpersonal skill in customer relationship with excellent telephone manner and service attitude
• Customer-focused, self-motivated, patience and with positive mind-set
• Good command of Cantonese. Fluent in English and Mandarin is an advantage
• Perform shift duty from 7:00am to 3:00pm / 3:00pm to 11:00pm
