Our client is a leading Italian retailer Sourcing Office in Hong Kong, with main business activities in sourcing Hardgoods, Electronics, Homeware and Quality assurance (QE Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Social Compliance) in numerous Far East markets. They are now seeking motivated and talented candidates for the position of Packaging Coordinator to be employed in their Hong Kong Headquarters.

Packaging Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Develop artworks in coordination with agencies, buyers and suppliers
• Coordinate with Merchandisers, keeping deadlines for on time delivery
• Keep track of all the packaging being developed, including all the product features and English translation
• Check all the artworks are in line with style book and consistent with product features required
• Responsible to get quotations from agencies, quotation approval from buyers and invoices
• Maintain proper filing and records, of the invoices from agencies
• Support and consult about office decoration and corporate material
• Other ad hoc projects assigned by direct report

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with 1 to 3 years packaging working experience in buying office or trading company
• Good knowledge of packaging and printing
• Strong problem solving, good communication skill and market sensibility
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
