  • Management responsibility of a team in HK office and a data entry team in Guangzhou office.
  • Manage order creation and data integrity into company’s systems.
  • Manage planning process to ensure on-time delivery to clients and cost control.
  • Lead cross-department business process optimization initiatives & projects.
  • Design, share and deploy tools, KPIs and methodologies enabling follow-up, evaluation and improvement of performance and service quality.
  • Support collaborative action with analysts and managers to develop recommendations.
  • Track and facilitate the completion of actions needed to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Distribute reports to appropriate stakeholders, timely and with comprehensive communication.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of end-to-end supply chain components including forecasting, planning, master data management, operations.
  • Analyze and make recommendations on system enhancements, and/or the development of supply chain capabilities (processes, systems, and monitoring).
  • Traveling is required, one-day trip once a week.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Engineering or related discipline
  • At least 5 years work experience in Supply Chain Management
  • Managerial experience and team leadership
  • Have experience in forecasting, planning, distribution, supply operations
  • Previously worked in FMCG companies or trading companies
  • Total fluency in English is required
  • High level skill in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, Macro)
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Access (designing and creating simple queries, working with required fields and/or creating labels)
  • Experience building queries with Structured Query Language (SQL)
  • Strong analytic skills and collaborative leadership
  • Well organized to prioritize projects and process multiple tasks
  • Dedicated, initiative and solutions-oriented
  • Enthusiastic and performance-driven
