Key responsibilities

• To plan, develop and implement strategy for operations management and development according to the domestic and international market trends
• Identify new business opportunities, investigate appropriate sourcing channels and evaluate potential suppliers for new business development
• To develop overseas supplier resources, set up the supplier management and control system, and achieve the company's business targets
• To provide sufficient training and work instruction to staffs, to plan the manpower in order to ensure the smooth operations management.
• Organize the implementation of the financial budget and profit distribution.
• Other matters assigned by the group
• Travel often to China and offshore to evaluate our production facilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree holder , major in textile, clothing or Business Administration preferred
• Minimum 10 years working experience in Merchandising/ Trading / Sourcing and at least 5 years management level, extensive China and offshore experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external parties
• Strategic/ organization/ coordination/ negotiation/ team leadership skill.
• Proactive, independent, aggressive, good leadership and able to adapt in a challenging environment
• Fluency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is a must
• Knowledge of certain computer programs, such as Microsoft Office, might be necessary
• Less experience will consider to be Sourcing Manager
