• F.5 or above
• 3 to 5 years (Project Planner) or 5 - 6 years (Senior Project Planner) solid sourcing/merchandising experience in toys industry
• Experience in product development/sample follow/production follow/order processing
• Ability to plan well for production schedule
• Detail minded, well organized and multi-tasking
• Responsible for follow up production orders/replacement orders for all locations with factories
• Work with various factories for the delivery arrangement of goods
• Plan ahead for all production to ensure on time delivery of goods
• Follow up closely with the replacement orders with tight schedule
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese
• Speak Mandarin so as to communicate with China factories/suppliers
• Good interpersonal and communication skill, negotiation and problem solving skills
• Able to work independent, under pressure and tight deadline
• Good team spirits and enjoy team work
• Occasional travel is required
