Tapas Box is a lifestyle retail concept promoting Spanish Tapas (over 50 references) in supermarket : Iberico Ham, Octopus, Manchego Cheese, etc.

You will supervise over 40 points of sales (Tapas Box fridge) all located in Hong Kong most popular supermarket branch : Taste, Fusion, Market Place, Wellcome, etc.

Your will lead our sales team and weekly promotion, liaise with our logistics team and key customers.

Main Duties :

• Issue daily purchase order to refill our stock
• Issue monthly sales report and analysis.
• Supervise our marketing promotion and special event.
• Supervise the opening of the new point of sales
• Supervise stock take and send monthly inventory to back office department.
• Train and supervise our sales team: monthly schedule, set-up sales target, etc.
• Optimize the sales and product display of our point of sales.
• Maintain good relationship with store manager and buyer : store visit, reporting (monthly sales & promotion) ; update contact list.
• Meet the sales target set up by the management team

 Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years experience in retail industry or business development
• Pro-active, independent, and energetic profile
• Basic English, Cantonese is a must.
• Excel, Words and power point.
• Experience in purchasing or logistics is a plus.
