Responsibilities:

• Assist the Seasonal Team follow-up purchase orders with suppliers/factories to ensure on-time delivery, (mange the artwork creation, monitor inspection booking & shipping schedule….)

•  Support in sample handling and prepare for buyer meetings

• Work closely with QA, QC and logistics department

• Communicate with German buyers and Asian suppliers

• Provide professional service to all partnership

Requirements:

• University graduate in Purchase & Supply Chain Management

• Min. 2 years experiences in seasonal industry field, or relevant working experience, preferably gained in sourcing /buying offices.

• Strong desire in working with people from different nationalities

• Self-motivated, independent and a strong sense of responsibility

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of English/Mandarin, Chinese typing , and MS Office essential.
