Job Responsibilities:

• Interpret statistical data and prepare presentations and reports to support merchandising and category management decision
• Determine methodology, procedures and analytical approach for category management decisions
• Liaise with merchandising team to review and fine-tune the category mix
• Assist to formulate, establish and review departmental KPI and policy
• Collaborate with various cross-functional departments to develop and communicate a comprehensive strategy that facilitates the achievement of business goals
• Prepare performance analysis report for macro and micro space planning and make recommendations to optimize space performance
• Handle projects assigned by Senior Management/Board of Director to enhance financial performance

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related discipline
• 2-3 years relevant experience, preferably gained in retail industry
• Experience on project management & sales analysis for multi-brand corporate
• Excellent report presentation & communication skill
• Detailed minded, well organized, and adaptive to fast-paced retail environment
• Expert knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint skill is required
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
