The Job:

• Responsible to source products from overseas or local suppliers to fulfill the needs for retail market
• Generates sales through sourcing competitive products and developing an attractive and profitable product range
• Negotiating with vendors on price, stock level as well as product’s promotional planning so as to maintain a profitable market price and high profit margin for the company
• Supplier and stock management

Requirements:

• Degree or above with 2 years or above relevant experience, experience in supermarket or retail chain store is highly preferable
• Good knowledge in the retailing industry or with FMCG products especially in Food items.
• Good negotiation and communication skill with suppliers independently & sourcing new suppliers
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, basic Putonghua is required
• PC knowledge (MS Excel/Word/Outlook/Chinese character) preferred
• Be an initiator & motivator who can work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Immediate available preferred

Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Buyer.
