Our client is a large scale discount retail group from Europe. It owns a global sourcing office in Hong Kong, and the team is urgently seeking for a Senior Merchandising Manager to join due to rapid business expansion.

Your Role:

Report to the General Manager, you will be proactively lead the daily execution of merchandising activities to achieve price, quality and product safety delivery goals of the company. These include driving costing with vendors in a timely manner; preparing and monitoring new development for each buying season; Maintaining and developing relationships with vendors. As a department leader, you will train and coach your team to upgrade product knowledge, merchandising skills and overall effectiveness.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Degree holder in merchandising, fashion, textile or related discipline is preferred
• At least 10-year relevant working experience in apparel/fashion accessories industry.
• Able to work with oversea customer independently
• Strong business acumen and supplier network across Asia.
• Excellent command of English
