Responsibilities

• To assist in merchandising activities from sourcing, sample development, order follow up
• To prepare quotation, issue PO and ensure all relevant document (Eg. Order/Shipping document) are completed on time
• To assist the Buyer to launch products in retail shops
• To arrange sample submission for approval
• To maintain good business relationship with suppliers
• To keep track of the production and order schedules to ensure timely delivery
• To support daily operation and ad hoc projects

Qualifications

• Diploma holder or above
• 1-2 years work experience in merchandising/buying field (Fresh graduates will be also considered)
• Experience in handling fashion accessories (Imitation Jewelry, footwear, bags etc…)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good PC knowledge including MS Office, Chinese word processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Self-motivated, open-minded, positive and passionate
• Fast learner, hard working, responsible and detail-oriented
• Good time management skills and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Willing to travel to China occasionally
