Responsibility : 

• Coordinate the daily operations and provide administrative support to the Merchandising team
• To serve the customers Europe, familiar in the export procedures to these countries would be an advantages.
• Close liaison with the customers and intensive follow up with vendors to ensure completion of orders
• Process the orders from sourcing, quotation, samples delivery, testing and quality inspection arrangement to the final shipment
• Work with customers and suppliers to problem solve independently
  
  
  

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma, with 1 year related experiences.
• Good communication skill (written / spoken) Cantonese / English / Mandarin
• Independent, well organized, detail oriented and good team spirit
• Willing to work under pressure and willing to learn
• Good PC Skills
