Job Requirements

• Certificate holder or above
• 2 years relevant working experience in purchasing support
• Previous experience in toys or sundries products is preferred
• Experience in trading or manufacturing company is required
• Attention to details, cheerful, energetic and well-organized
• Good computer skills in MS Office such as Word, Excel etc
• Immediate available will be a great advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in follow up purchasing orders with suppliers and factory
• Responsible for preparing quotation and delivery documents
• Update the purchasing record and handle delivery arrangement
