Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for sourcing of products and suppliers, price negotiation, order follow up and delivery
• To source products and suppliers against product briefs to meet with business needs
• To ensure suppliers comply with company’s trading terms & conditions.
• To communicate with intercom and suppliers in timely manner
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements: 

• F.5 or above
• Minimum 5 years solid relevant working experience in buying office, trading or manufacturing industry.
• Experience in sourcing Gift & Premium is an advantage
• Good command of Mandarin and English
• Good PC skills including Email / Excel / Power Point
• Able to work independently and work under pressure
• Occasional travel to China may be needed.
• Immediate available is highly preferred
