Responsibilities:

• Responsible for purchasing activities (Sourcing, negotiating, supplier quality  issues and delivery)
• Cost reduction, OVERSEA sourcing and new vendors development activities.
• Able to work as a team member with the Sourcing Manager and vendor community to insure proper Purchase Order execution.
• Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office programs
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills required.
• Good people and interpersonal skills.
• Working responsibly & independently on order follow-up, sourcing & shipments
• Excellent time management, negotiation and problem solving skills
• Manage existing source at the same time proactively seek new opportunities and identify new trends.
• Evaluate and summarize each source with the intent of building a long-term business relationship with vendors/ factories which are socially compliant, innovative, developmental and price competitive.
• Project-oriented with time sensitivity in accomplishing established goals.
• Work with other departments to achieve Company goals.

Requirements:

• F.7 or above
• 2-3+ years of relevant experience in trading firm (sourcing and purchasing)
• Very strong in sourcing in mobile phones industry.
• Will work in small trading firm
• Good communication, interpersonal and computer skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Remarks:

• Working days per week: 5 days
• Working hours: 10: 00 AM – 7:00 PM
