Responsibilities:

• Well experience in dealing with headquarter or oversea customers directly
• Handle customer inquiries and follow up orders independently
• Update/ Maintain data base and document preparation for order related issue
• Keep track of production status with factories to ensure on-time delivery
• Work with vendors and internal teams for corrective action and to minimize schedule impact in case of production issue
• Manage MA and inventory planning of vendors to ensure material availability and control liability
• Review customer manual to ensure production and shipment fulfills customer requirements
• Arrange sample delivery upon request from headquarter or customers

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated or equivalent
• At least 5 years solid experience in Toys industry for market in USA or EEC
• Good experience in working with major retailers and familiar with their requirements
• Demonstrate high sense of initiative, hardworking and responsibility
• Well organized, with good interpersonal & communication skill
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin
