Job Description

 

To cope with our business expansion, we are now looking for a high caliber to join us:

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the product development of designated product categories, i.e. kid/men/women wear
  • Clarify and finalize technical files with internal departments
  • Communicate with suppliers in mainland China and South Asia and head office in France
  • Collaborate closely with suppliers to eliminate open issues and mitigate risks of delayed development production and unapproved changes
  • Cooperate closely with internal QC department regarding testing issues during development stage until bulk stage and approving final sample version
  • Handle order inquiries including cost analysis and price negotiation
  • Develop current suppliers and lift them up to the required level
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned

 

Job Requirements

  • High Diploma or above in Textile or related discipline
  • 4+ years of solid working experience in knitwear, preferably gained in European buying office/market or multi-national companies
  • Familiar with product development procedure and schedule
  • A good team player with sound communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attentive to details and good organization skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
