Job Description
To cope with our business expansion, we are now looking for a high caliber to join us:
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the product development of designated product categories, i.e. kid/men/women wear
- Clarify and finalize technical files with internal departments
- Communicate with suppliers in mainland China and South Asia and head office in France
- Collaborate closely with suppliers to eliminate open issues and mitigate risks of delayed development production and unapproved changes
- Cooperate closely with internal QC department regarding testing issues during development stage until bulk stage and approving final sample version
- Handle order inquiries including cost analysis and price negotiation
- Develop current suppliers and lift them up to the required level
- Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- High Diploma or above in Textile or related discipline
- 4+ years of solid working experience in knitwear, preferably gained in European buying office/market or multi-national companies
- Familiar with product development procedure and schedule
- A good team player with sound communication and interpersonal skills
- Attentive to details and good organization skills
- Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
