Our client is a large scale discount retail group from Europe. It owns a global sourcing office in Hong Kong, and the team is urgently seeking for a Sourcing Director to join due to rapid business expansion.

Your Role:

Report to Managing Director, this is a key management role in managing daily merchandising & sourcing operation for hard-line department in Hong Kong and China office. By working closely with the headquarter, you will drive activity according to the group strategy with monthly reporting. You will establish & monitor appropriate KP, and develop the sourcing and product range strategy. In addition to sourcing strategy, you will be also responsible for optimizing the structure of assortment and offering certified / deliverable products

The Ideal Candidate:

To qualify, you will have at least 10 years of sourcing experience in hardline consumer products. Good understanding of European market trend and sourcing network in Asia. Strong leader with good business acumen. Excellent command of English is a must.
