Job Description
European fashion watch & fashion jewelry brand owner, retailing, distributing and online shop/e-commerce for several own brands with own retail chain in Europe & Asia - watch products and fashion jewelry ranging from low-cost plastic thru to Swiss Made - main markets are France, Italy, Europe, Hong Kong, China & Asia Pacific for own retail chains as well as channels/distributors - is looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR - with details as follows :
- Post secondary education is an advantage
- At least 3-5 years of experience in customer service in an international company;
- Experience in fashion watch or fashion jewellery is a plus
- Experience in wholesales or retails in HK/China/Asian market a plus
- Experience in brand owners a plus
- Business level English and Chinese; Mandarin a plus
- Proficient in computer skills, particular in Microsoft Excel;
- Willing to learn a new job and build own professional path;
- SAP knowledge and logistics awareness will be considered as definite advantages;
- Result-oriented and willing to work independently;
- Ambitious and with great desire to grow with the company;
- To actively coordinate with the Sales Team by managing order processing schedules, filing documents and communicating relevant information;
- Ensure timely adequacy of sales related equipment, materials and information regularly;
- Respond to complaints from customers liaising directly with them and offer timely after sales support whenever needed;
- Monitor the team’s progress in order to identify shortcomings and propose improvements;
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information;
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
- Orders processing and allocation of goods;
- Checking of products details and stock availability; monitoring of Supply Chain in-flow and scheduled arrivals of products;
- Coordination of shipments arrangement in collaboration with outsourced logistic provider and in-house logistics/ operations head;
- Set up and management of customer accounts and data;
- Maintain good relationship with distributors/retailers/subsidiaries;
- Generation of reports related to orders, backorders, invoicing, outstanding amounts, etc…;
- Monitoring of account statements and payment (in collaboration with Finance Dept/Sales Dept
