The specific responsibilities are:

• The independent development of leather handbags and related products
• The communication with European based designer and product-manager
• The sourcing of leather and related materials
• To ensure the quality of our products and to work on steady product improvements
• To lead a team of assistant merchandiser in our office in Jiangmen, China

You should:

• Have a strong sense for fashion combined with commercial acumen
• Have minimum 5 years experience in related industries, especially in bags, in a similar position
• Have knowledge of  developing and manufacturing bags
• Have a good knowledge of leather and leather products
• Be  familiar with merchandising and client liaison
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills as well as excellent leadership skills
• Be prepared to travel frequently to other places of China
• Be a fluent English and Chinese speaker
