Job Duties:

• 100%  Ladies' wear for Italy market
• Manage the product development and order placement in efficient and effective manner that implementing the merchandising strategies
• Assist in the Product Development process to ensure that products meet our quality and budget requirements
• Follow up closely on production schedule to ensure deliveries on time
• Work closely with Headquarter and Vendors to comply our order specifications (Fabric Requirements, Color Lab Dips, Prints, Accessories, Counter and PP samples, etc)
• Support during buying meetings (organizing, quotations,negotiation and recaps)
• Co-ordinate with internal supporting teams to ensure the quality & product requirements
• Keep the information updated in the Follow up system, and handle merchandising related documents
• Build & maintain effective business partnership with Headquarter & Vendors
• Solving problems during production and progress status
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in textile & clothing, or related discipline
• Minimum 4  years relevant working experiences in garment merchandising industry
• Relevant experiences in fashion accessories, e.g., scarf, hat, glove and etc
  
• Working experience in sizable garment buying office or trading company is a definite advantage
• A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent verbal, presentation, and written skills in English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in computer software of Win Excel, Words and Chinese typing
• Willing and able to travel to China
• Hard working and willing to work under pressure

Less experiences would be considered as Assistant Merchandiser.
