Responsibilities

• Perform management and financial reports analysis
• Evaluate monthly operating performance against budget, prior year and forecast
• Collaborate with Operations team to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Work with the Financial Controller to design and improve accounting policies, processes, procedures, control systems, IT systems, methodologies and working tools
• Perform all financial and aspects of the budgeting and strategic planning process
• Perform forecasting and to this end develop a financial forecasting model
• On demand requests (finance related, IRR calculation, etc)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting. MBA is preferred. CPA / CFA candidates highly desirable
• At least 8 years of financial and operational experience with increasing responsibility, exposure in retail/manufacturing industry is highly preferred. Internal audit background is also an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Great attention to detail/accuracy
• Ability to work with large data sets and utilize analysis skills to trend and interpret information, and communicate meaningful information effectively.
• Strong Excel knowledge and usage skills
