Responsibilities:

• To assist department head to disclose information according to Listing Rules and certain regulations of Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited.
• To prepare and update corporate messaging in interim and annual reports, results’ announcements, corporate presentations, press releases, etc.
• To execute propagation and to maintain investor relationship, to arrange meetings with investors, to analysis research reports issued by investment banks, to answer questions from investors and media.
• To assist department head to handle and execute every scope of jobs under department’s obligation and responsibility.  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• In-depth knowledge of financial principles and capital market.
• Minimum 3 years Investor Relations experience. 
• Proficient in accuracy, details, communicationand time management.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Strong command of spoken & written English & Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is a Must.

Applicants with less experience will aslo be considered as Investor Relations Assistant.
