Jobs Description:

• Develop in-depth understanding of client’s business and Marketing/CRM campaigns
• Generate campaign target listings based on campaign requirements
• Produce monthly/quarterly customer reports to support client’s business goals
• Review campaign tracking to measure campaign effectiveness from targeted marketing campaigns.
• Involve in data processing to validate and query data from data mart according to established business/campaign rules.
• Participate in ad-hoc data/analytic exercise to prepare and analyze customer data.

Requirements:

• Degree in Statistics or relevant discipline
• Competent in the usage of MS SQL/TSQL programming
• Experience using MS Excel, Tableau, Python and/or R
• Possess analytical skills, and pays attention to details
• Target oriented and able to work under pressure
• A good team player
• Minimum 10 years relevant working experience
