Job Responsibilities:

• Performing secretarial and administrative support to senior partner and a team of 3
• Preparing, formatting, editing and proofreading legal documents
• Drafting correspondence and documents
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Organize extensive travel plans and logistics

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder, the ideal candidate should have 8+ years' relevant experience within the MNC law firm
• Experience in serving Senior Partner and organizing extensive travel plans and logistics 
• Fluent to native in English
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese processing
• Mature with excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
