Job Description

Fast growing international legal, tax, payroll and accounting firm with long history and more than 20 offices across Asia is looking for a high caliber candidate to join our Hong Kong office.

Responsibilities:

  • Office administration
  • Perform general reception duties and greet visitors/clients
  • Handle incoming calls/enquiries and divert to appropriate parties
  • Assist in preparing attendance record and travelling bookings
  • Prepare cheques for payments to vendors and maintain petty cash book
  • Organize various document filings
  • Manage courier packages
  • Runner for delivering documents (only in urgent case)

                 
Requirements:

  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as required
  • Independent, well-organized, detail-oriented and willing to develop herself/himself in a professional career;
  • Good communication of spoken English and conversational Mandarin;
  • Good computer literacy, e.g. MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing etc.
  • Immediate available is a great advantage.
