• Providing operational support in building security, cleaning, landscaping and logistic support services in a government premises
• Minimum Form 5 educational level , DSE or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in property management field is preferred; fresh graduate will also be considered;
• Excellent customer services and communication skills
• Proficient in PC skills, in particular MS Words and Excel
• Possessing valid security personnel permit
• Possession of first-aid certificate and safety certificates are preferred
• Shift duty is required
