Requirements

• Form 5 or above and diploma in property management or above is preferred;
• At least 2 years’ experiences in property management;
• Knowledge in Air-conditioning maintenance is preferred;
• Experience in handling tenants' complaint;
• Proficient in both written & spoken English is required;
• Familiar with MS word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing is an asset;
• Responsible, self-motivated & honest;

We offer Salary of HK$15K, 5.5 days a week and competitive remunderation package to the right candidate.
