Responsibilities:
 

• Administer tenancy issues and ensure compliance with tenancy regulations and Deed of Mutual Covenant Clauses and relevant regulatory documents
• Liaise with relevant parties for lease of advertising spaces and signboards
• Arrange projects and construction meetings with production of technical drawings
• Responsible for the general property management duties
• Regular offsite duties is required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma/Degree in Real Estates, Property Management or correlated disciplines
• Relevant experience in catering industry’s leasing and property management is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Knowledge in AutoCAD is definitely an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
• Able to take on challenging projects and work under pressure
