Responsibilities

• Handle the daily operation including monitoring of move, maintenance and cleaning services
• Assist in managing team to ensure quality of services being delivered to clients
• Prepare various management and incident report
• Monitor the works and services performed by sub-contractors
• Coach and supervise the performance of in-house staff
• Prepare cost saving initiative for client’s approval

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder, preferably in facilities management or property related studies
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in facilities or property management (preferably for banking sector)
• Aggressive and willing to work under pressure
• Strong management and communication skills
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good common of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
