The Candidate will

• Assist the Foundation projects and administrative work
• žMaintain the service offered by the Foundation’s Information Help Line
• žAssist to produce Foundation’s eNewsletter & other promotional materials
• žUpdate Foundation’s website & Facebook
• žOffer support to Annual Charity Sale Event
• ž Assist to develop volunteers service programme
• žOther tasks as requested by supervisor

Requirements

• University graduate
• 1 or 2 yearsrelevant working experiences
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS office applications with knowledge in web technology an advantage
• Able to handle assigned tasks independently yet a good team player
• Proactive, willing to learn and accept challenges, energetic, creative
• Familiar with social media is an advantage
• Good telephone manner with customer services is an advantage
• Candidate with more experience would be considered as Assistant Project officer
• Successful candidate will be employed on contract term, with possibility of renewal
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
