Job Description
To provide full-range of travel arrangement and consultancy services for in house corporation team; handle itinerary planning and enquiries independently.
Job Description
- Provide full range of travel consultancy services include flight, hotel reservations or other travel arrangement;
- Plan tour itineraries, handle enquiries and ad hoc changes
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Candidates of good caliber with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Travel Consultant.
Job Requirements
- Completion of secondary education or above, preferable with Certificate in Travel and Tourism;
- Independent consultants with 4+ years of experience either as an agent or a consultant;
- Experience with Airlines system in Galileo, Amadeus, Abacus or Hotel system in Opera;
- Strong client servicing and customer service skills;
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin; and
- Good organization, Interpersonal and Communications skills, able to work independently, fast learner.
