MISSIONS

• To assist Project Team for handling documentation, shipment and any other ad-hoc duties
• Follow up project in all aspect such as project planning, information handling, site coordination, administrative support and follow-up procedure, etc.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all parties.
• Required to travel occasionally to support installation
• Manage project plan and schedule
• Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise
• Perform troubleshooting
• Detect potential issues and implement solutions when issues threaten to delay the timeline or impact budget or business operations

PROFILE

• Higher diploma or above (Engineering is a plus)
• 1 - 2 years of experience in project management
• Good computer knowledge and familiar with SAP is preferred 
• Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills including ability to work with different levels of the company (sales, engineers and operations)
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is a plus)
• Highly motivated 
• Based in Hong Kong with regional travel
