Our client is a global top tier leader within the technology industry with a wide customer base across the world. They are looking for a Head of Sales to acquire new corporate business across the APAC region and to build his/her sales team at the same time.

Job Responsibilities:

• Started off as an individual contributor, you will be responsible for establishing the business within the China market by acquiring new corporate business within the China market and  to develop a long term business relationship with the clients
• You will then start building your own Sales team by working closely the HR department on quarterly headcount forecasting and to develop an expectations for each role
• Collaborate with different departments to customize a payment solutions based on the China market
• Ensure a clear sales targets are being set for the team and to conduct regularly performance review with the team

Requirements

• A Degree holder with at least 10 years working experience with solid team management experience especially in growing a team
• Have good understanding of the currency regulations within China market
• Candidate with a background in Financial Services / Payment Solutions / Foreign Exchange are highly preferable
• Fluent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediately available is an advantage
